We are thrilled to announce the introduction of a brand-new home plan: The Rye Cottage Home! This stunning design will be built on Lot 8, and if you’ve been dreaming of personalizing your home, now is the perfect time to secure your spot and select your finishes.

In addition, we have officially sold our last Oakley lot—congratulations to the newest homeowners! Our community continues to grow, and we are nearing completion on the first set of brownstones on Lots 33-36. The finishing touches are being added, and we can't wait to unveil them soon.

We are also excited to share that the Fredrick Home on Lot 9 will be completed this spring, bringing another beautifully designed home to our community.
